At FiftyOne GLOBAL FZCO, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services and ensuring client satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed.
Due to the nature of digital marketing and consultancy services, once a project, campaign, or digital service has been initiated, it is considered delivered and therefore non-refundable.
Payments made for completed or ongoing services cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Refunds may only be granted in the following limited situations:
If the purchased service has not yet commenced.
If a technical error caused an incorrect or duplicate charge.
If FiftyOne GLOBAL FZCO cancels the service before commencement.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to [email protected].
Cancellation requests for ongoing projects may be accepted, but any completed work will be deducted from the refundable amount (if applicable).
For subscription-based services, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
Any transaction or processing fees charged by banks, Checkout.com, Stripe, or other payment providers are non-refundable.
