Refund & Cancellation Policy

At FiftyOne GLOBAL FZCO, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for our services.


1. Digital Services and Non-Refundable Nature

  • Due to the nature of digital marketing services, once a project, campaign, or digital service has been initiated, it is considered delivered and therefore non-refundable.

  • Payments made for completed or ongoing services cannot be refunded under any circumstances.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be granted in the following limited situations:

  • If the purchased service has not yet been started or delivered.

  • If a technical error caused an incorrect charge (e.g., duplicate payment).

  • If FiftyOne GLOBAL FZCO cancels the service before commencement.


3. Cancellations

  • Service cancellations must be requested in writing via email at [Insert Company Email].

  • Cancellation requests for ongoing projects may be accepted, but any completed work will be deducted from the refundable amount (if applicable).

  • For subscription-based services, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.


4. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

  • Transaction or processing fees charged by banks, Stripe, Checkout.com, or other payment providers are non-refundable.
