Due to the nature of digital marketing services, once a project, campaign, or digital service has been initiated, it is considered delivered and therefore non-refundable.
Payments made for completed or ongoing services cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Refunds may only be granted in the following limited situations:
If the purchased service has not yet been started or delivered.
If a technical error caused an incorrect charge (e.g., duplicate payment).
If FiftyOne GLOBAL FZCO cancels the service before commencement.
Service cancellations must be requested in writing via email at [Insert Company Email].
Cancellation requests for ongoing projects may be accepted, but any completed work will be deducted from the refundable amount (if applicable).
For subscription-based services, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.
Transaction or processing fees charged by banks, Stripe, Checkout.com, or other payment providers are non-refundable.
